Our Pure Energy Bands are designed to be worn up to 24 hours a day in any circumstance. While the technology embedded into the band is designed to last for years, the silicone band encasing this technology can break from many different reasons. Our silicone bands are designed to last 2 years but this truly depends on the use and abuse of its owner. We warranty all bands purchased from our website for 30 days against breakage.

Should your Pure Energy Band break within 30 days, simply send us the broken band, a self addressed envelope,  along with your order number verifying the date of purchase and a replacement will be sent back to you. 

Beyond 30 days we offer anyone who has a Pure Energy band a replacement program where you can get a brand new band for a small $4.95 processing fee. Simply return the broken band to the address below along with a self addressed stamped envelope with 84 cents of postage and a copy of the sales receipt (if available). Return the band, envelope, check made payable to Pure Energy Band and receipt to:

 Order the wrong size?

 You may return the band for exchange within 30 days of purchase.  Return the band to the address below along with a self-addressed envelope with $.84 postage.  Make sure to include inside the package your name, address, contact number, and the size replacement.  If there is no self addressed envelope there will be a $3.50 processing fee due before shipment of replacement band.
